Position Overview:

The Presales Consultant will play a key role in leading and supporting the sales initiation to sales closure by presenting the company's technical solutions and advice to prospective clients in the Energy, Power, and Oil & Gas sectors to implement the technology solutions. The individual will collaborate with both the sales and technical teams to demonstrate the value proposition of our products and services and tailor solutions that meet client requirements. The individual will lead the entire process of sales initiation, client presentation, product demo, BOQ, BOM etc. and in close coordination with software team and sales team.

Roles and Responsibilities:

•Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and business challenges in the Oil & Gas, Energy and Power sectors.

•Provide technical expertise during client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.

•Demonstrated experience in designing solutions and managing the end-to-end presales process.

•Managing end-to-end Presales activities, including project scoping, timeline estimation, pricing, proposal creation, & system demo presentations, ensuring successful acquisition of clients & projects

•Collaborate with internal teams to design customized solutions based on client needs,



considering industry trends, regulatory requirements and technical constraints.

•Prepare high-quality, tailored proposals, technical documentation, and responses to RFPs (Requests for Proposal).

•Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients in the Oil & Gas, Energy, and Power sectors.

•Lead presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.

•Offer strategic advice and guidance on technology trends digital transformation and process optimization relevant to the clients business.

Skills:

•Should positive in solution strategy & design, proposal & business-case preparation, solution presentations and BOQ/BOM Preparation etc.

•Experience with energy management systems, SCADA, digital transformation, or automation solutions, software solutions in the sector is a plus.

•Familiarity with energy management software, automation, IoT and other relevant technologies in the industry.

•Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, regulations, and challenges within the Oil & Gas, Energy, and Power industries.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Should be well versed with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
