We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Field Sales Team Leader to manage and drive a team of sales executives. The candidate should have hands-on experience in team handling, field sales operations, and performance management.

Designation: Team Leader / Senior Team Leader

Working Days: 6 days a week

Week Off: Rotational

Compensation Salary: 35000 – 40000 (CTC) Incentives: 15,000 – 20,000 (Average monthly, performance-based)

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities Lead, manage, and motivate a team of 15–20 field sales agents Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of sales targets.

Prepare and maintain rosters (shift planning) for the team Track and control shrinkage and attrition within the team.

Provide on-ground support and coaching to improve productivity Conduct regular team meetings, reviews, and performance feedback sessions.





Ensure process compliance and adherence to company policies Manage daily reporting and maintain data accuracy.

Drive team engagement and maintain a positive work culture.

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum 1 year of on-paper experience as a Team Leader in Sales / Field Sales.

Experience in handling a team in a tele sales or field sales environment Basic knowledge of: Attrition Management Shrinkage Control Roster Planning Strong leadership and team management skills.

Good communication and interpersonal skills Target-driven and result-oriented mindset.

Preferred Skills Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines Problem-solving and decision-making skills Experience in BFSI or similar sales industry is an advantage Work Environment Field + office-based role Fast-paced and target-driven environment Prospect for growth into senior leadership roles
