Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and execute production planning based on sales forecasts and business requirements.
- Monitor and control inventory levels of raw materials, intermediates, packing materials, and finished goods.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, QA, QC, and Supply Chain teams for smooth execution of production plans.
- Ensure timely procurement and availability of materials to avoid production delays.
- Manage capacity planning, batch scheduling, and dispatch planning to meet customer commitments.
- Track daily/weekly/monthly production plans and prepare MIS reports .
- Optimize inventory levels to minimize excess stock and prevent shortages.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements .
- Handle planning in ERP/SAP systems and maintain accurate records.
- Drive continuous improvement in planning efficiency and inventory management
