Responsibilities Update and maintain staff schedules using scheduling system Effectively troubleshoot and resolve straightforward scheduling conflicts by presenting potential solutions and escalate as necessary Assist in managing utilization of staff and aid in meeting charge hour budgets Develop relationships with staff to understand their goals, experience, and areas of development Compile and analyze reports such as scheduled hours vs budget, utilization, projections and more to leverage resources Communicate and collaborate across locations to share staff resources and best practices Coordinate with HR and leadership to communicate performance issues of staff at all levels Identify and support efforts to continuously improve, apply innovation and lead at all levels Implement people strategies in collaboration with people team members Qualifications Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience required, emphasis in Human Resources, Business or a related field preferred Minimum of 1 year of related experience required; experience in project management or resource management a professional services industry preferred Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; previous experience with conflict resolution preferred Demonstrated comfort with systems, data and reporting Demonstrated ability to prioritize competing assignments Ability to effectively communicate across various levels Ability to handle confidential information, apply tact and discretion in sensitive situations
