- Monitor replication jobs for errors, latency, and Change Data Capture (CDC) issues.
- Troubleshoot, fix, and restart failed replication jobs to maintain uninterrupted data flow.
- Optimize performance for high-volume, business-critical datasets.
- Collaborate with SAP technical teams and Data Engineering teams for accurate data mapping and integration.
- Validate and ensure structural alignment of replicated data in Snowflake with SAP source data.
- Support testing cycles by verifying data consistency after SAP S/4HANA changes.
- Document replication configurations, performance metrics, and troubleshooting steps.

Required Skills:

- Hands-on expertise in configuring and managing SNP Glue replication.
- Robust knowledge of CDC,



initial full-load setup, delta replication, job orchestration, monitoring, error handling, and performance optimization.
- Experience managing schema changes in SAP and propagating them downstream.
- Solid understanding of SAP ECC/S/4HANA data structures and SAP modules (MM, SD, FI/CO, etc.).
- Familiarity with SAP tables, extractors, CDS views, and organizational elements (Company Code, Plant, Sales Org, etc.).
