Equipment engineer to support and optimize the manufacturing equipment used in the Lithium ion Battery pack production.

Role & responsibilities

- Experience on Laser welding, Cell stacking, cell Sorting, Cyclers.
- Ensure high uptime and reliability of the assembly machines like cell sorting, welding and testing equipment.
- Troubleshooting the electrical and PLC related issues.
- Experience on PLC Siemens, Mitsubishi Electric, Rockwell.
- Experienced on sensors, Pneumatics, Robotics troubleshooting.
- Work closely with equipment suppliers for current requirements and improvements.
- Work with CFT on equipment FAT, I&C; and SAT up to PPAP process.
- Ensure compliance with safety and EHS standards.
- Train the technician/operator on equipment usage/operation.
- Maintain and prepare equipment technical documentation.
- Documentation MTTR, MTBF .

Education

Diploma in Mechatronics / Instrumentation

Experience:

4+ years of experience in industrial/ automation process.
