Job Summary

We are looking for a FUSE Developer to support migration of an existing lead generation and management application from Python to C# / .NET. This role requires strong hands-on development capability, the ability to understand an existing FastAPI-based codebase, and the discipline to convert business logic accurately into a modern .NET architecture.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working on backend services, APIs, SQL-heavy application flows, and Azure-based deployment environments. This role also requires practical ability to use AI-assisted development tools for code generation, testing, and productivity improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support migration of the existing lead generation and management application from Python to C# / .NET
- Read and understand the current FastAPI-based Python codebase and translate its logic accurately into the target .NET solution
- Build and maintain backend services using .NET 8+ and ASP.NET Core Web API
- Work with dependency injection, middleware, async/await patterns, and contemporary service design practices
- Develop and optimize data access components using SQL Server, stored procedures, and Dapper or EF Core
- Work with Azure services including App Service, Key Vault, managed identity, Cosmos DB SDK, and Azure DevOps CI/CD




- Build and consume REST APIs using sound HTTP client patterns, including timeout, retry, and circuit-breaker handling
- Participate in testing, debugging, defect resolution, and migration validation activities
- Use AI-based development tools effectively for code generation, refactoring, testing, and technical productivity

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience in C# / .NET 8+
- 4–5 years of relevant software development experience
- Good experience with ASP.NET Core Web API, dependency injection, middleware, and async programming
- Strong working experience with SQL Server, including stored procedures and query optimization
- Hands-on experience with Dapper or Entity Framework Core
- Good understanding of Azure services such as App Service, Key Vault, Cosmos DB SDK, Azure DevOps CI/CD, and managed identity
- Strong understanding of REST API design, API consumption, and resilient HTTP client implementation
- Ability to read and understand existing Python / FastAPI code for migration purposes
- Practical ability to use AI-assisted coding and testing tools
- Strong analytical, debugging, and collaboration skills
- Strong communication skills.

Good to Have

- Prior experience in migration projects from Python to .NET
- Experience with lead management, workflow, CRM, or business process applications
- Familiarity with Cursor, Codex, Claude Code or similar AI-assisted development tools

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Strong ownership and ability to work effectively in migration-oriented development environments
