Role & responsibilities

1. Speak with customers across refineries, fertilizer plants, petrochemical companies, industrial gas players, and other hydrogen stakeholders.
2. Build relationships, identify opportunities, drive commercial discussions, and close pilot projects.
3. Stay close to the market, understand customer pain points, industry trends, regulations, and competitive developments.
4. Work directly with our technical team to ensure we're solving real-world problems and building what customers actually need.
5. Help shape our commercialization strategy, partnerships, and go-to-market approach.
6. Take ownership beyond your job description. As we grow, you'll help build processes, teams, and current opportunities.

Who we're looking for:

1. Experience in hydrogen, refining, petrochemicals, industrial gases, energy, or closely related sectors.
2.



Someone comfortable discussing process flows and plant operations one day and presenting to senior leadership the next.
3. You've either built something yourself or worked closely with founders and understand what it means to operate in a fast-moving startup.
4. Comfortable with long sales cycles, technical products, industrial customers, and ambiguity.
5. Curious resourceful, and willing to get things done without waiting for a playbook.
