About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on, self-motivated Full Stack Developer with 2 to 3 years of experience to join our engineering team in Bangalore. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications, working across both modern frontend frameworks and backend systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications.
- Build user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks (ReactJS, AngularJS, or ExtJS).
- Design, implement, and integrate RESTful APIs using backend technologies like Go, Ruby, or Node.js.
- Manage, write, and optimize complex database queries, schema designs, and indexing in PostgreSQL.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UI/UX designers, product managers, and QA) to deliver new features.
- Write clean, maintainable, efficient, and well-tested code.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance across frontend and backend layers.

Required Qualifications & Skills

1. Frontend Experience

- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+),



HTML5, and CSS3.
- Hands-on experience with at least one JS framework: React.js, Angular, or ExtJS.
- Sound knowledge of state management, component architecture, and responsive design.

2. Backend Experience

- Experience building backend services/APIs using languages like Go (Golang), Ruby (on Rails), or any equivalent backend framework.
- Strong understanding of RESTful API design principles and asynchronous programming.

3. Database Knowledge

- Solid working experience with PostgreSQL (schema creation, query optimization, joins, indexing).
- Basic understanding of ORMs or database query builders.

4. General & Technical Skills

- Proficiency with version control systems (Git/GitHub/GitLab).
- Good understanding of basic web security practices and data protection.
- Problem-solving mindset with solid analytical and communication skills.

Good to Have (Nice to Have)

- Basic understanding of Docker or containerization.
- Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
