Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead with robust expertise in Java 21, Spring Boot, Python, and AWS cloud services. The ideal candidate will lead architecture, design, and development of scalable enterprise applications while mentoring teams and enforcing best engineering practices.

?? Key Responsibilities

? Technical Leadership

- Lead design and development of high-performance, scalable applications

- Define and enforce coding standards, architecture guidelines, and best practices

- Drive technical decision-making and system design

? Architecture & Design

- Design solutions using Design Patterns (Factory, Singleton, Strategy, etc.)

- Ensure adherence to SOLID principles

- Create microservices-based architectures using Spring Boot

- Design cloud-native solutions on AWS

? Development

- Hands-on development using:

- Python for automation, scripting, or microservices

- Develop event-driven and distributed systems

? Cloud & DevOps

- Build and deploy applications using AWS services, such as:

- EC2, S3, Lambda

- API Gateway

- RDS/DynamoDB





- CloudWatch

- Work with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.)

? Team Mentorship

- Mentor and guide developers

- Conduct code reviews and design reviews

- Promote clean coding practices and reusability

? Quality & Performance

- Ensure application performance, scalability, and security

- Implement test automation (unit, integration)

? Core Skills

- Strong experience in Java (preferably Java 21 or recent versions)

- Expertise in Spring Boot & Microservices architecture

- Hands-on experience with Python

- Deep understanding of:

- Design Patterns

- SOLID principles

- Data Structures & Algorithms

? Cloud & Tools

- Experience with AWS cloud services

- Knowledge of:

- Docker, Kubernetes (preferred)

- RESTful APIs, JSON, messaging systems (Kafka/RabbitMQ)

? Database

- Experience with:

- Relational DBs (MySQL, PostgreSQL)

- NoSQL (DynamoDB, MongoDB)
