Position: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Qualification:

- CA qualified
- 15+ years of experience, with at least 5 years in senior finance leadership role
- Strong experience in construction / real estate sector
- Knowledge of Ind AS 115 (Revenue from Contracts with Customers) and AS 7

CFO job description:

- Provide strategic leadership for the Companys overall financial planning, governance, and risk management functions.
- Oversee project finance, budgeting, cost control, and profitability analysis across construction and real estate developments.
- Lead fund-raising initiatives, banking relationships, and structured financing for largescale projects (100 Cr+).




- Ensure robust working capital management, daily cash flow monitoring, and liquidity planning.
- Ensure full compliance with Ind AS (including Ind AS 115), the Companies Act, GST,
- Income Tax, and RERA regulations.
- Supervise the preparation of financial statements, MIS reports, cash flow forecasts,and budgetary controls.
- Establish solid internal control systems, tax planning strategies, and regulatory

compliance frameworks.

- Provide leadership to the finance function, including digital transformation and ERP implementation initiatives.
