Commercial Manager : Polymer Division

Department: Commercial/ Compliance

Reporting to Business Head / Director

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute commercial strategies to achieve revenue and profit targets.

* Manage key customer accounts and strengthen long-term business relationships.

* Identify recent business opportunities in polymer, plastics, automotive, packaging, electrical, and industrial markets.

* Lead pricing strategy, contract negotiations, and commercial agreements.

* Coordinate with sales, marketing, production, supply chain, and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

* Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and business plans.

* Drive product portfolio growth and improve market share.

* Ensure timely collections, credit control, and profitability of accounts.

* Lead and mentor the commercial/sales team while tracking KPIs.

Qualifications

* Bachelors degree /Post Graduate

* 8 to 15 years of experience in polymers, specialty chemicals, or plastics, with commercial or Compliance leadership experience.
