Team Lead Operations (BPCL IFMS Project)

Educational Background: B.TECH or B.E in ELECTRICAL/MECHANICAL/OTHER ( IT/C.S- DONT APPLY)

SALARY BRACKET- 30K TO 50K

Duties to be taken Care:

1. Territory & Operations Management

- Monitor and review overall territory performance.
- Plan and execute operational activities for CVS, BPCL, and allocated vendors.
- Ensure effective manpower planning, deployment, and productivity.
- Achieve the target of zero penalties from BPCL.

2. Field Supervision & Monitoring

- Conduct regular/daily visits to Retail Outlets (ROs).
- Ensure Zonal Supervisors (ZS) and MSTs perform tasks as per defined scope.
- Track daily work progress and ensure timely completion of activities.
- Share Daily MIS reports with all stakeholders.

3. Client Coordination (BPCL)

- Coordinate with BPCL Engineering Officers for all assigned tasks.
- Address priority activities and ensure timely closure.
- Follow up with clients for monthly billing clearance.
- Participate in review meetings and present actionable reports.

4. Vendor & Equipment Management

- Coordinate and monitor vendors for:
- UPS & Stabilizer rectification
- Painting work
- Paver corrections
- Canopy cleaning
- Ensure quality and timely completion of vendor work.
- Monitor CAMC vendors and PMC teams for uninterrupted equipment performance.
- Escalate issues whenever required.

5. Safety & Compliance (HSSE)

- Ensure strict adherence to safety standards at all sites.
- Issue work permits before starting any job.
- Execute HSSE audits as per schedule.




- Promote a zero-incident and zero-penalty work environment.

6. Reporting & Documentation

- Collect and submit daily work reports to Operations and HR teams.
- Maintain accurate records of operations, maintenance, and payments.
- Ensure timely submission of MIS, Google Forms, and spreadsheets.
- Prepare periodic reports, issue trackers, and data analysis.

7. Training & Team Development

- Conduct monthly training programs for team members.
- Provide checklist-based training to MSTs and Engineers.
- Deliver technical induction training to recent joiners.
- Support continuous skill development and audit readiness.

8. Team Performance Management

- Monitor and evaluate team performance regularly.
- Identify gaps and guide team members for improvement.
- Report underperformance to Operations and HR teams.

9. IT & Automation Support

- Support IT and Automation teams to ensure maximum system uptime.
- Assist in implementation and monitoring of automation activities.

10. HR Coordination

- Support hiring and onboarding of new employees.
- Verify and approve leave and travel records before submission to HR.
- Ensure proper manpower availability across locations.

11. Project & SOR Execution

- Identify and execute SOR (Schedule of Rates) jobs beyond the main contract.
- Support development of Retail Outlets into model sites.
- Coordinate with stakeholders for approvals and execution.

12. Issue Management & Escalation

- Identify major operational or technical issues.
- Discuss with team and escalate to management and client when required.
- Ensure proper tracking and closure of all issues.
