Role - Legal Manager

- Other preferences: Candidates from Hosur and Krishnagiri are preferred; however, applications from other districts across Tamil Nadu are also welcome.
- Industry: Food/ FMCG /Process Industries
- Work Location: Hosur, Tamilnadu.
- Proficiency in Tamil Language(read, write, speak) is mandatory.

- Experience of 15 years in Corporate Legal matters such as :
- Exposure in handling intellectual property legal matters.(IPR)
- Legal agreements (Contract/ General/Properties), etc.
- Statutory compliances - Legal Metrology (Weights & Measure), Trademark-Copy Rights, GMP-HACCP-Environmental, etc.
- Effective networking and solid relationship with various law Firms & Senior advocates.
- Compliances connected with FMCG industry requirements and exposure in handling legal matters in the courts.
- Litigation Assistance: Prepare documents for ongoing cases, maintain case files, and coordinate with advocates when needed.
- Record Keeping: Maintain an organised repository of agreements, compliance trackers, and legal documents.
- Internal Department Support: Collect required information from departments and support them in legal and compliance matters.
