- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting toonboarding.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve theprocess.

Job Requirements

- Proven experience in talent acquisition or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment principles, practices, andtechnologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention todetail.
- Proficiency in recruitment software and tools, such as applicanttracking systems.
