We are looking for a skilled Team Leader to join our Operations team in the Domestic sector. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in BPO and excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

- Manage and supervise a team of operations professionals to achieve business objectives.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Analyze performance metrics and provide feedback to team members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve overall business performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Identify and mitigate risks to ensure smooth operations.

Job Requirements

- Proven experience as a Team Leader in the BPO industry, preferably in domestic operations.
- Strong knowledge of BPO processes and operations management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Experience with team management tools and software is an advantage.
