Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with 69 years of recruitment experience in the Commercial Real Estate, Co-working, Workspace Solutions, or Facilities Management industry.

The ideal candidate should have managed end-to-end recruitment across business and corporate functions while partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver quality talent within defined timelines.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment from requirement gathering to onboarding.
- Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
- Source candidates using Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Build talent pipelines for business-critical and niche roles.
- Screen, assess,



and shortlist candidates based on business requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and manage the complete interview lifecycle.
- Drive offer negotiation, offer rollout, and candidate onboarding.
- Maintain recruitment dashboards, hiring metrics, and MIS reports.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and stakeholders on workforce planning.
- Work on multiple positions simultaneously while meeting hiring SLAs.
- Drive employer branding initiatives and talent engagement activities.
- Ensure recruitment compliance and documentation.
