Job Role - AI SEO Specialist

Experience: 3 to 5years ( 6months in AI SEO)

Salary: 4.5LPA - 5.5LPA

Qualification- Any Graduate and postgraduate.

Notice Period - Immediate - 15 Days max.

Shifts: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (General Shifts)

Please Note- No Transportation

Please Note- Need to be flexible work from office all 5 Days.

Job Overview

We are looking for a results-driven AI SEO Specialist with 35 years of experience to lead and execute advanced SEO strategies using AI-driven tools and automation. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in technical SEO, content optimization, and AI-based search (AEO/GEO) to improve organic visibility, traffic, and conversions.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. AI-Driven SEO Strategy

- Develop and execute SEO strategies using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude etc.)
- Optimize for AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization)
- Identify keyword opportunities using AI-powered research tools

70% Efforts are into AEO and 30% Of Efforts towards SEO

2. Content Optimization & AI Integration

- Create and optimize SEO-friendly content using AI tools
- Improve content quality, structure, and readability for search engines and AI models
- Implement schema markup, featured snippets, and FAQ optimization

3. Technical SEO

- Conduct regular technical audits (crawl errors, indexing, site speed, Core Web Vitals)
- Work with developers to fix technical issues
- Optimize website architecture and internal linking

Performance Tracking & Analytics

- Monitor SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush
- Track rankings, traffic, conversions, and AEO scores
- Generate reports with actionable insights

5. On-Page & Off-Page SEO

- Optimize meta tags, headings, URLs, and internal linking
- Execute link-building strategies and outreach campaigns
- Improve domain authority and backlink profile

6. AI Search & Emerging Trends

- Stay updated with AI search trends (Google SGE, Bing AI, voice search)
- Experiment with AI-generated content and automation workflows
- Continuously improve strategies based on algorithm updates

7. Collaboration & Execution

- Work closely with content, marketing, and development teams
- Align SEO strategy with paid marketing and overall business goals
- Ensure timely execution of SEO initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 3 - 5 years of experience in SEO (preferably in tech, SaaS, or D2C)
- Hands-on experience with AI tools for SEO and content generation
- Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
- Familiarity with AEO, GEO, and AI search optimization

- Experience with tools like:

- Google Analytics & Search Console
- Ahrefs / SEMrush
- Screaming Frog
- Surfer SEO / Clearscope

- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and website structures
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills

Good to Have

- Experience in programmatic SEO
- Knowledge of Python or automation tools
- Experience in WordPress or CMS platforms
- Understanding of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization)
