Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Compliance Manager with 10+ years of expertise in developing, implementing, and overseeing enterprise-wide compliance programs. The ideal candidate will ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, industry standards, and internal policies while partnering with cross-functional teams to foster a solid culture of ethics, governance, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, implement, and continuously improve the organization's compliance framework, policies, and procedures.
- Monitor changes in applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards, and ensure timely implementation across the organization.
- Lead enterprise-wide compliance risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Oversee regulatory compliance activities and ensure adherence to legal and statutory requirements.
- Design and manage compliance monitoring, testing, and internal control programs.
- Lead internal compliance audits and coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities.
- Investigate compliance incidents, identify root causes, and oversee corrective and preventive actions.




- Prepare and present compliance reports, dashboards, and risk assessments to senior leadership and executive committees.
- Develop and deliver compliance awareness and ethics training programs for employees and management.
- Provide strategic guidance to business units on regulatory requirements and compliance best practices.
- Manage policy governance, including drafting, reviewing, approving, and updating corporate policies.
- Ensure effective third-party/vendor compliance due diligence and ongoing monitoring.
- Collaborate with Legal, Risk, Internal Audit, HR, Finance, and Operations to strengthen governance processes.
- Establish and monitor key compliance metrics and KPIs to measure program effectiveness.
- Support regulatory inspections, inquiries, and examinations by preparing documentation and coordinating responses.
- Promote a culture of integrity, accountability, and ethical business conduct throughout the organization.
- Mentor and develop compliance team members while driving continuous process improvements.
