Position: US IT Recruiter (Core-IT)

Location: Manyata Tech Park - Bangalore, KA INDIA (Onsite Only)

Experience: 2-7yrs of US Staffing Experience

Roles & Responsibilities

- Proactively source, screen, identify & qualify the best suitable candidate for client requirements.
- Should have excellent communication skills, Good interpersonal and team coordination skills.
- Recruit for diverse IT skill sets, including SDLC (Java, .NET, QA, DevOps), Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), and ERP (SAP, Oracle, Workday) positions.
- Develop and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates through job boards, social platforms, and professional networks.
- Maintain recruitment metrics, ensure data accuracy, and achieve hiring targets consistently.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:





- 2-4 years of hands-on experience in IT recruitment (preferably mid-level and senior technical roles).
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and emerging technologies in Cloud & ERP domains.
- Working with MSP/VMS accounts is mandatory.
- Meeting targets and SLAs on daily/weekly/quarterly basis.
