Purpose/Objective

Associate Lead Projects - Civil coordinates & executes all civil aspects of data centre projects, ensuring compliance with regulations, safety, and environmental standards.
This role requires relevant experience in civil construction with a focus on optimizing project delivery through planning, scheduling, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities of Role

Project Execution: Cooridinate and execute civil construction activities, ensuring project objectives & timelines are met.
Budget Management: Report utilization of budgets and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within financial constraints.
Regulatory Compliance : Ensure all projects comply with safety standards, regulations, and environmental considerations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate & work closely with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to align project activities & delivery.
Expertise and Optimization: Apply civil engineering expertise to enhance project delivery & construction qulaity.
Reporting: Track and report on project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders,



ensuring transparency and accountability.
Innovation: Participate in learning programs/initiatives related to best practices and creative approaches execution of in civil projects.
Digital mindset: Champions a digital mindset within the organization to drive innovation and competitiveness.
Keep up with digital and AI advancements to enhance business and maintain competitiveness.

Qualifications and Experience

Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field Work Experience: 6-10 years years of experience in data centre or large-scale construction projects.
