Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals.
- Manage and grow company profiles on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter (X).
- Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar (posts, reels, stories, campaigns).
- Create engaging content including graphics, captions, short videos, and campaign ideas.
- Monitor trends, competitor activities, and industry updates to keep content relevant.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) to drive leads and conversions.
- Track, analyze, and report social media performance metrics (reach, engagement, leads, ROI).
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) for campaign alignment.
- Handle online reputation management and respond to comments/messages professionally.
- Optimize campaigns to increase call flow, inquiries, and overall brand visibility.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.




- 35 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Solid understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Experience in running paid ads and lead generation campaigns.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing.
- Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with strong analytical ability.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in lead-based businesses (education, healthcare, real estate, services, etc.).
- Knowledge of video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.).
- Ability to manage multiple brands/projects simultaneously.
