Job Responsibilities:
- Execute daily production plans and ensure timely output
- Handle fabrication processes like cutting, bending, welding, and assembly
- Manage shop-floor manpower and shift operations
- Ensure welding quality and dimensional accuracy
- Identify and resolve production issues (RCA)
- Maintain quality standards and reduce rejection/rework
- Follow 5S and safety practices on shop floor
- Drive continuous improvement and productivity initiatives
Preferred Industry:
Heavy Fabrication / Engineering / Transformer / Radiator Industry
Note:
Candidates must be willing to work in shop-floor workplace and relocate if required.
