Role & responsibilities

Job Summary

The Manager Corporate Marketing will be responsible for driving business development through corporate tie-ups, government liaison, institutional marketing, and strategic partnerships. The incumbent will independently manage relationships with the CMO Office, government departments, insurance companies, TPAs, corporates, industries, and referring doctors to increase patient referrals and hospital revenue.

Key Responsibilities

Corporate & Institutional Marketing

- Develop and maintain corporate and institutional tie-ups.
- Generate business from industries, factories, schools, colleges, banks, PSUs, and private organizations.
- Promote hospital services to increase OPD, IPD, and health check-up business.

Government Liaison

- Coordinate and maintain professional relationships with the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) Office, District Health Authorities, and other government departments.
- Liaise for government healthcare schemes, health camps, awareness programs, inspections, and approvals.
- Coordinate for empanelments and renewals with government organizations.

Empanelments

- Handle empanelments with:
- CGHS
- ECHS
- Ayushman Bharat (AB PM-JAY)
- Insurance Companies
- TPAs
- Government Departments




- Corporate Organizations

Business Development

- Identify new business opportunities and referral sources.
- Develop relationships with consultants, clinics, nursing homes, and healthcare professionals.
- Organize health camps, CMEs, wellness programs, and corporate health initiatives.

Reporting

- Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports.
- Monitor business targets and marketing performance.
- Coordinate with clinical and administrative departments for execution of marketing initiatives.

Required Skills

- Strong corporate networking and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Experience dealing with government offices, particularly the CMO Office.
- Knowledge of hospital operations and NABH standards.
- Proficiency in MS Office.

- 710 years of healthcare marketing experience in a multispecialty hospital.
- Established network with corporates, industries, government departments, and healthcare professionals.
- Solid understanding of hospital empanelments and government healthcare schemes.
- Target-oriented with excellent leadership and team management skills.
