1. Collection of documentation and verifications needed for active conformity programs:
1. Test reports from suppliers
2. Conformity statements from suppliers
3. Follow up of test reports from external labs
- Mill certificates
- Type approval certificates
- Hazmat documentation
- Follow up of certificates of origin requirements (where needed) for free trade agreements (Focus N.America and EU)
- All other duties as assigned by the SC Manager
EDUCATION & REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree in industrial or logistics business management or college degree in Industrial Engineering or similar degree
- Minimum 1 year experience in the area of Customs/Export, supplier management or order management
PROFILE:
- Very good English language skills
- Additional languages are advantage (Italian/French/German)
- Good knowledge of MS-Office
- Intercultural competence and ability to work in a global team
- Valuable communication skills
