Roles and Responsibilities:

- Manage the full cycle of accounts receivable activities from invoicing to collections and reconciliation.

- Generate and issue accurate customer invoices based on contracts, purchase orders, and delivery confirmations.

- Track incoming payments and ensure timely posting in the accounting system.

- Monitor customer accounts to identify outstanding debts and follow up proactively for overdue payments.

- Reconcile customer accounts on a regular basis to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.

- Prepare ageing reports and share periodic collection status updates with management.

- Coordinate with the sales, operations, and finance teams to resolve billing issues or disputes.

- Maintain proper documentation of invoices, receipts, adjustments, and credit/debit notes.

- Support month-end and year-end closing processes related to accounts receivable.

- Assist in forecasting cash flows based on collection trends.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and audit requirements.

- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance accuracy and efficiency in the AR function.
