Job Description :

- Conduct environmental and social screening.
- Prepare/review ESIA, ESMP and safeguard documents.
- Support environmental regulatory compliance.
- Advise on land acquisition and resettlement issues.
- Mainstream gender equality and social inclusion.
- Undertake environmental and social risk assessments.
- Develop mitigation and monitoring plans. • Conduct field inspections and safeguard audits.
- Build safeguard capacity within implementing agencies. • Coordinate with regulators and stakeholders.




- Prepare safeguard reports and disclosure documents.
- Monitor implementation of mitigation measures.
- Address grievance redress mechanisms.
- Document lessons learned and best practices.
- Support project reviews and due diligence.

Skills and Abilities:

Master's in Environmental Engineering/Environmental Science/Ecology/Social Development/Environmental Management or related.
Preferred: ESIA/ESG certifications.

8–15 years in environmental and social safeguards, ESIA, ESG or infrastructure advisory.
