Key Responsibilities

- Source and recruit qualified healthcare professionals, including Nurses, Allied Healthcare professionals, Physicians,



and other clinical and non-clinical talent for US healthcare clients.
- Utilize sourcing platforms such as Vivian, LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder, Facebook, and internal databases to identify quality candidates.
- Screen candidates to evaluate experience, credentials, work authorization, availability, and overall fit for client requirements.
- Coordinate candidate submissions, interviews, offers, and onboarding while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
- Collaborate with Account Managers and Delivery Leads to understand hiring needs and deliver qualified candidates within defined timelines.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of healthcare professionals for contract, travel, and permanent staffing requirements.
- Negotiate compensation, availability, and assignment details with candidates.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and consistently achieve recruitment KPIs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1-5 years of experience in US Healthcare Recruitment.
- Strong understanding of US Healthcare staffing, credentialing, and compliance processes.
- Hands-on experience with sourcing tools such as Vivian, LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, and CareerBuilder.
- Excellent sourcing, screening, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience working with ATS/CRM platforms and managing multiple requirements in a rapid-paced environment.
