We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Assistant Manager International Sales at Daytaa to help us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.

Responsibilities

- Assist in developing sales plans and strategies to target international markets and achieve sales targets.
- Support the sales team in identifying potential customers, conducting market research, and analyzing market trends.
- Collaborate with the sales team to prepare sales presentations, proposals, and other sales materials.
- Coordinate with internal departments, including marketing, product development, and logistics, to ensure timely and accurate order processing and delivery.

Customer Relationship Management:

- Assist in building and maintaining solid relationships with international customers, distributors, and partners.
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service.
- Support the sales team in managing key accounts,



conducting regular business reviews, and identifying opportunities for growth.
- Maintain accurate customer records, sales data, and other relevant information in the CRM system.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
- Experience in customer support
- Proven sales track record
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
- Market knowledge
- Proficiency in English
- Ability to build rapport
- Communication and negotiation skills

- BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
