Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver subject-specific lessons as per curriculum standards
- Develop engaging teaching methods to enhance conceptual understanding
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and assessments
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback
- Maintain discipline and create a positive classroom environment
- Integrate technology and innovative tools into teaching
- Support students in academic growth and co-curricular activities
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school activities
Eligibility Criteria:
- Post Graduate degree in the relevant subject
- B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) mandatory
- Minimum 25 years of teaching experience (preferred)
- Strong subject expertise and classroom management skills
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills
