B2B Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Description :

We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executives to expand our B2B customer network. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, meeting potential clients, generating leads, converting prospects into customers, and maintaining solid long-term relationships with hotels, restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets, corporate canteens, and other institutional buyers.

Role & Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities.
- Visit potential customers and generate new sales.
- Build relationships with hotels, restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets, corporate canteens, educational institutions, and retail chains.
- Promote the company's grocery and food products.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business growth objectives.
- Prepare quotations and negotiate commercial terms.
- Follow up on enquiries and convert leads into orders.
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and logistics teams for timely deliveries.
- Collect market intelligence and competitor information.
- Maintain customer records and submit daily visit reports.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 15 years of experience in FMCG, Grocery, Food Distribution, B2B Sales, or Institutional Sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.




- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving licence.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM/mobile apps.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
- Age: 22–35 years.

Salary

20,000 – 35,000 per month + Attractive Incentives + Travel Allowance (Based on experience and performance.)
