- Drive sales and achieve regional targets
- Manage distributor network and ensure market coverage
- Handle primary & secondary sales
- Lead and develop the sales team
- Ensure product availability and visibility in the market
- Solid experience in FMCG channel sales (General Trade)
- Exposure to South India market
- Fluent in Tamil & English (mandatory)
- Experience in team handling and distributor management
