Job Summary

We are looking for a Finance Executive / Financial Analyst with 1–3 years of experience in Accounts Payable and end-to-end accounting. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in AP operations, taxation, financial accounting, reconciliations, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Purchase Bills Accounting. (Mandatory)
- Process Accounts Payable (AP), including vendor invoice verification and payment processing. (Mandatory)
- Process Sales Invoices. (Mandatory)
- Handle End-to-End Accounting, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL). (Mandatory)
- Manage Purchase Order (PO) processing and ensure accurate invoice matching. (Mandatory)
- Process Cash Applications. (Mandatory)
- Perform Bank Reconciliation and banking-related activities. (Mandatory)
- Process Accruals and Prepayments. (Mandatory)
- Manage Fixed Asset Accounting. (Mandatory)
- Prepare and post Journal Vouchers (JV). (Mandatory)
- Prepare and monitor Aging Reports for vendors and customers. (Mandatory)




- Ensure compliance with taxation and statutory regulations. (Mandatory)
- Support Inventory Accounting. (Preferred)

Mandatory Skills & Experience

- Hands-on experience in Accounts Payable (AP).
- Strong knowledge of TDS, GST, Reverse Charge Mechanism (RCM), and GSTR return reconciliation/compliance.
- Experience in PO (Purchase Order) Process.
- Experience in BRS (Bank Reconciliation Statement) preparation.
- Experience in preparing and analyzing Aging Reports.
- Positive understanding of End-to-End Accounting (AP, AR, GL).
- Hands-on experience in Tally ERP and MS Office (especially Excel).
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and statutory compliance.
- Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in Inventory Accounting.
- Exposure to ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar accounting software.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in Finance and Accounts.
