Candidates must be willing to travel and work at any of the above project locations as per business requirements. Travel expenses will be reimbursed/provided by the company as per company policy.

Preference: Local candidates from Sukna, Siliguri, Gangtok, Guwahati, or nearby locations will be given preference.

Job Summary

looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Site Supervisors (Civil) to support the execution of defence infrastructure and civil construction projects across Eastern and North-Eastern India. The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising daily site activities, coordinating manpower, maintaining project documentation, monitoring work quality, and ensuring timely project execution in accordance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

Site Execution & Supervision

- Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at project sites.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Monitor site progress and report daily activities to the Project Engineer/Project Manager.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and timely execution.





Documentation

- Maintain Daily Progress Reports (DPR), site registers, labour attendance, and work records.
- Prepare and update project documentation, measurement records, and material consumption reports.
- Maintain proper documentation for inspections, approvals, and project milestones.

Manpower Management

- Supervise contractors, subcontractors, and labour teams.
- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower and site resources.
- Monitor workforce productivity and coordinate labour deployment.

Material Coordination

- Verify receipt and usage of construction materials.
- Coordinate with stores and procurement teams for material availability.
- Report material shortages and maintain stock records.

Quality & Safety

- Ensure compliance with project quality standards and approved construction practices.
- Follow all safety procedures and ensure safe working conditions at site.
- Report any quality or safety concerns immediately.

Coordination

- Coordinate with Project Engineers, Architects, Consultants, Vendors, and Clients.
- Attend project review meetings and assist in resolving site-related issues.
- Support project handover and snag rectification activities.





Required Qualifications

Education

- Diploma or B.E. in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)

Experience

- 6 Months to 1 Year of experience in civil construction/site supervision.
- Fresh Diploma/B.E. graduates with relevant internship or project experience may also be considered.
