Role & Responsibilities:

- Minimum 8+years of experience as an SAP Logistics Lead who was skilled in configures, designs, and supports supply chain and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
- Responsibilities include managing inbound and outbound deliveries, warehouse operations, transportation, and inventory management within environments like SAP ECC or S/4HANA.
- Process Analysis: Analyze current logistics operations and design scalable, optimized SAP system workflows
- System Design & Configuration: Structuring plants, storage locations, shipping points, and routing to map out physical operations in software.
- Integration: Connecting SAP modules (like MM, SD, PP, and FI) with third-party systems like WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and TMS (Transportation Management Systems) via EDI/IDoc.
- Process Execution: Overseeing the order-to-delivery cycle, including putaway, picking, packing, and shipment execution.
- Testing & Support:



Creating functional specifications, conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), resolving system issues, and participating in cutover and Go-Live phases.
- User Training: Developing documentation and training business stakeholders on standard logistics best practices.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary liaison between business units, internal development teams, and external vendors
- Production Support: Troubleshoot incidents, analyze defects, and ensure continuous system performance.
- Technical Skills: Hands-on experience writing functional specifications, understanding integrations, and familiarity with data migration tools.
- Business Acumen: Solid understanding of 3PL management, supply chain lifecycles, and import/export processes.
