Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound voice calls for US healthcare customers
- Address queries related to patient care, pharmacy support, claims, grievances, and appeals
- Provide clear, accurate, and timely information to customers
- Maintain high-quality documentation and data entry in CRM systems
- Follow standard operating procedures and HIPAA compliance guidelines
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently
- Ensure excellent customer experience through empathy and effective communication

Experience

- Freshers are welcome
- 0.6 to 4 years of experience in Healthcare BPO or similar domain preferred

Key Skills & Requirements

- Typing speed of 28 WPM with 98% accuracy
- English proficiency: B1H level or above (Excellent verbal and written communication)
- Basic understanding of US healthcare processes
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability




- Ability to work in a fast-paced, night-shift setting
- Knowledge of MS Office; experience with CRM tools is an advantage

Preferred Skills

- Prior experience in US Healthcare Voice Process
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
- Customer handling and problem-solving skills
