Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and maintain large-scale data pipelines using Python and Spark to support business intelligence initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business problems and design solutions that leverage predictive modeling techniques.
- Develop and implement machine learning algorithms for fraud detection, risk assessment, and customer segmentation in the banking industry.
- Ensure high-quality delivery of projects by mentoring junior team members on solution architecting best practices.
Job Requirements :
- 8-12 years of experience as a Data Scientist or similar role in the banking industry.
- Solid expertise in predictive modeling, statistical modeling, and machine learning techniques.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and familiarity with big data technologies like Spark.
