Role & Responsibilities

- Consult with clients to understand their travel needs, budget, and

preferences for domestic and international holidays

- Design, customize, and quote holiday packages tailored to each client

- Coordinate flights, hotels, transfers, and ground arrangements with

vendors to finalize itineraries

- Follow up consistently with leads and enquiries, converting them into

confirmed bookings

- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all client interactions and

bookings in the CRM system

- Handle client queries and concerns promptly throughout the booking

and travel process

- Stay updated on destination trends, visa requirements, and seasonal

pricing to advise clients accurately

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 3+ years of hands-on experience as a travel/holiday consultant,

ideally handling both domestic and international bookings

- Strong working knowledge of holiday packages, vendor coordination,

and destination-specific requirements (visa, season, budget tiers)





- Confident, persuasive communication skills with a genuine customer-

first approach

- Comfortable working with CRM/booking software and managing multiple

client files simultaneously

- Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to convert

enquiries into confirmed sales

- Prior experience at a travel agency, OTA, or tour operator is

strongly preferred
