Role & responsibilities :

- Requirements Gathering & Documentation:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements using techniques such as interviews, workshops, and document analysis. Translate these requirements into clear and comprehensive functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
- System Implementation & Integration:
Manage end-to-end credit implementations, including liaising with development and testing teams, coordinating testing efforts, and overseeing production deployment.
- Process Analysis & Optimization:
Analyse existing lending processes, identify gaps, and propose solutions to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.
- Stakeholder Management:
Maintain effective communication with business users, IT teams, and third-party vendors to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
- Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure that all lending processes and systems comply with relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Educational Background:
Bachelors degree in finance, Accounting, or related fields.
- Domain Expertise:
In-depth knowledge of lending products,



Loan Origination Systems (LOS), Loan Management Systems (LMS), credit risk assessment, accounting principles, and regulatory frameworks. Hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, or managing LOS and LMS solutions across the loan lifecycle is required.
- Technical Proficiency:
Experience with core banking systems, and familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Analytical Skills:
Robust problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and a results-driven approach.
- Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience:
3 6 years of relevant experience in business analysis within the banking or financial services sector.

Preferred Skills:

- Certifications:
Certifications such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP).
- Project Management:
Experience in managing projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Regulatory Knowledge:
Familiarity with lending regulations and compliance standards applicable in India.
