Role & responsibilities

- Responsible for overseeing end-to-end warehouse, logistics, inventory, and distribution operations across multiple regions.
- Ensures productive material handling, accurate inventory control, timely dispatches, reverse logistics management, courier coordination, compliance with audit standards, and seamless support to internal stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate stock levels through systematic inventory control processes.
- Verify BOQ stock availability and ensure stock updates in ERP.
- Raise PRs for replenishment in case of stock shortages.
- Maintain minimum stock levels to prevent operational delays.
- Handle escalations for lost, delayed, misrouted, or damaged shipments
- Support internal and external stock audits.
- Investigate and rectify variances and documentation gaps.
- Work closely with Purchase, Finance, Projects, Service, and Sales teams.
- Provide regular updates to Regional and Senior Management.
- Ensure professional coordination with courier partners and logistics vendors.
- Implement best practices for efficiency, safety, and compliance.
- Develop SOPs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
