Qualification:

B.E./Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

Valid BOE (Boiler Operation Engineer) Certificate

Experience: 8+ Years in CFBC Thermal Power Plant Operations

Job Summary

Responsible for safe and productive operation of the CFBC Boiler during shift, ensuring optimum boiler performance, statutory compliance, and uninterrupted steam generation. Lead shift operations, monitor boiler parameters, coordinate with maintenance teams, and ensure adherence to safety and environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate and supervise CFBC Boiler during shift.
- Monitor steam pressure, temperature, drum level, furnace pressure, and combustion parameters.
- Optimize boiler efficiency and fuel consumption.
- Ensure smooth start-up, shutdown, and emergency operations.




- Coordinate with Mechanical, Electrical, C&I;, and Chemistry teams.
- Supervise Boiler Operators and Field Operators.
- Maintain shift logs, operational records, and statutory documentation.
- Ensure compliance with IBR, BOE, safety, and environmental regulations.
