JOB SUMMARY: The role is to manage the NPs and various PCRs projects from throughout the organization. He/ She coordinates and/or undertakes a full range of projects, pertaining to new products, changes, and support the execution of the manufacturing strategy across Cello.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES / TASKS
- Coordinates project managers with respect to NPs and PCRs worldwide
- Manages project deliverables in line with the project plan.
- Identifies restrictions and bottlenecks throughout all phases of the projects.
- Leads project risk assessment for critical initiatives.
- Coordinates cross functional teams to launch new products.
- Manages multinational teams and enhances multinational teamwork in the areas of manufacturing.
- Leads intercommunication between manufacturing sites to share good practices and improve effectiveness.
- Maintain direct and open interaction with line managers and key stakeholders to make sure all resources needed for the project are available.
- Keep all stakeholders informed of progress and issues.
- Be representative during preliminary phase of the project (Investigation / charter phases)
QUALIFICATIONS
- BE/BTech/Diploma in Industrial/Mechanical / Plastics/ Polymer
- 7-10 years in total in manufacturing positions
- 3-5 years in industrial manufacturing projects

As the position holder is the front runner of the NPs and PCRs projects, he / she should possess a solid skills background including engineering, process, planning, leadership, communication, influence, negotiation, business understanding, critical / analytical thinking and decision making. He / She understands and enforces professional responsibility, influences, and inspires the project team. Understands both technical, financial, and qualified angles and has the role to direct team members on the best approach to take. He / She is highly focused on the objectives and goals of the company and pursue them on a constant basis. He / She exhibits good crisis and change management skills to handle pressure from project and culture challenges.
