We are looking for a detail-oriented and proficient Medical Transcriptionist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately transcribing physicians' dictated reports, patient histories, discharge summaries, radiology reports, operative notes, and other medical documents while maintaining high standards of quality, confidentiality, and turnaround time.

Key Responsibilities

- Transcribe and edit physicians' dictated medical reports, including patient histories, discharge summaries, operative notes, consultation reports, and radiology reports.
- Review and proofread transcribed documents for accuracy, grammar, spelling, and medical terminology.
- Ensure timely completion of transcription work while meeting quality and turnaround time (TAT) standards.




- Verify patient information and clarify unclear dictations with healthcare professionals when required.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient records in accordance with hospital policies and healthcare regulations.
- Organize and maintain transcription files and medical documentation for easy retrieval.
- Stay updated with medical terminology, anatomy, pharmacology, and clinical procedures.
- Support continuous improvement of transcription workflows and documentation processes.
- Perform other documentation-related duties as assigned by the department.
