Role & responsibilities
- To connect with existing potential customers for finance need exploration.
- To answer customer inquiries about products and finance process.
- To enter customer information accurately into the database.
- To process data and transactions efficiently using defined tools.
- To directly connect with field sales and the collection team as and when required.
- To maintain records of calls, sales notes, remark, or other helpful information.
- To achieve the assigned sales targets.
