Roles and Responsibility
- Prepare high-quality bakery and confectionary items while ensuring quality, hygiene, and consistency.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Collaborate with other chefs to create new recipes and menus.
- Ensure all food is prepared and presented safely and efficiently.
- Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies.
- Develop and implement new cooking techniques and methods.
Job Requirements
- Any Graduate or Postgraduate degree.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Bakery and Confectionery Chef (Commis-I, Bakery All-Rounder).
- Possess strong knowledge of baking and confectionary preparation.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and meet deadlines.
- Exhibit strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
