We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller Domestic Sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, connecting with prospective customers, scheduling meetings for the sales team, and maintaining strong customer relationships through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database.
- Introduce the company's products and services to potential clients.
- Generate and qualify leads for the Domestic Sales team.
- Schedule meetings and appointments for the Business Development team.
- Follow up with existing and prospective customers to improve lead conversion.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Handle basic customer queries and coordinate with the concerned team when required.
- Update customer information, call records, and lead status in CRM or MS Excel.




- Prepare daily call reports and follow-up records.
- Coordinate with the Sales team to ensure smooth lead handovers.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English..
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Email.
- Ability to build rapport with customers over phone calls.
- Robust follow-up, time management, and organizational skills.

Eligibility

- Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, BA, or equivalent).
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Inside Sales, Customer Support, or Lead Generation will be preferred.
