Job Description

- Oversee all aspects of the HR department, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance evaluation, and employee relations.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy of the company.
- Lead and manage a team of HR professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all labor regulations and keep abreast of any changes to employment laws.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and investigations when necessary.
- Collaborate with senior management to identify the organization's current and future staffing needs.
- Design and execute effective talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain high-performing employees.




- Conduct training needs assessment and develop programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Manage the annual performance review process and provide feedback to employees and management.
- Analyze HR metrics to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an HR manager or similar executive role for 10-15 years.
- In-depth knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices.
- Robust leadership abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
