Position: Embedded Software Engineer / Senior Embedded Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for passionate Embedded Software Engineers with strong experience in embedded systems development, Linux-based platforms, device drivers, connectivity protocols, and automotive software development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, debugging, integrating, and optimizing embedded software solutions for next-generation products.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain embedded software in C/C++ for Linux and MCU-based platforms.
- Develop and debug Linux Kernel modules, device drivers, and system software.
- Work on communication protocols such as I2C, I3C, UART, SPI, Ethernet, TSN, and PTP.
- Develop and optimize connectivity solutions involving Wi-Fi (802.11), BLE, Bluetooth, UWB, and other wireless technologies.
- Perform software integration, profiling, performance tuning, and system optimization.
- Develop and maintain AUTOSAR-based software components and MCU drivers.
- Work on memory subsystem development including Flash, EEPROM, NAND, NOR, and memory drivers.
- Analyze system performance using profiling and debugging tools.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for architecture, design, validation, and troubleshooting activities.
- Ensure compliance with automotive and functional safety standards such as ISO 26262.

Required Skills
- Solid programming experience in Embedded C and/or C++.
- Linux Internals, Linux Kernel, Device Drivers, and Yocto.
- Bash/Shell scripting.
- Performance Tuning, Profiling, System Optimization.
- Debugging and troubleshooting complex embedded systems.
- Communication Interfaces: I2C, I3C, UART, SPI.
- Connectivity Technologies: Ethernet, TSN, PTP.
- Wireless Technologies: Wi-Fi (802.11), BLE, Bluetooth, UWB.
- MCU-based software development.
- AUTOSAR architecture and development.
- Memory Drivers, Flash Memory, EEPROM, NAND, NOR.
- Functional Safety concepts and ISO 26262.
- Experience with Lauterbach, JTAG, and embedded debugging tools.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in automotive embedded systems.
- Knowledge of ASPICE and software development lifecycle.
- Exposure to system integration and performance analysis tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
