Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide expert advice on luxury jewelry products to customers, ensuring they find the perfect piece that meets their needs and preferences.
- Develop strong relationships with clients by understanding their tastes, preferences, and shopping habits.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of product lines, including features, benefits, and pricing to effectively communicate with customers.
- Upsell and cross-sell relevant jewelry pieces to increase sales revenue.
Job Requirements :
- 2-15 years of experience in retail sales or related field (jewelry industry preferred).
- Strong understanding of luxury sales principles and practices.
- Excellent communication skills for building rapport with high-end clientele.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a rapid-paced environment.
