Role & responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations of the hospital
- Handle Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
- Monitor hospital billing, TPA reconciliation & insurance claims
- Prepare monthly MIS reports & financial statements
- Ensure timely GST, TDS & statutory compliances
- Manage bank reconciliations and cash flow
- Coordinate with auditors for internal & external audits
- Supervise junior accounts staff
- Maintain vendor payments & ledger scrutiny
- Cost analysis and budget monitoring
Preferred candidate profile
- Robust knowledge of hospital accounting processes
- Proficiency in Tally / ERP systems
- Good analytical and reconciliation skills
- Understanding of taxation and compliance
- Attention to detail & accuracy
- Strong coordination and communication skills
